Our role includes TGD Part L compliance, Preliminary BER assessment and final BER assessment by providing early-stage energy analysis to inform the design and support the project’s overall energy strategy.

We also carried out an Operational Energy Performance Evaluation at design stage in accordance with CIBSE TM54, assessing the building’s anticipated operational energy use and helping the design team move beyond compliance towards a more realistic understanding of in-use energy performance.

In addition, we worked closely with the contractor and wider project team to provide BREEAM credit guidance, supporting the implementation of measures required to target a BREEAM Outstanding rating.
