As part of the sustainability strategy, the project is also being assessed against BREEAM criteria, including credits associated with Low or Zero Carbon (LZC) energy technologies and NZEB design principles. The client is aiming for BREEAM Outstanding standard, where our early-stage energy assessment helps inform the design team on opportunities to reduce energy demand, improve operational efficiency and increase renewable energy contribution.
