SEAI grants cover a substantial share of the cost of upgrading an Irish home — insulation, heat pumps, solar PV and full deep retrofits — but the paperwork, eligibility rules and post-works certification are where most applications stall.
We run the process end to end: establishing what your property qualifies for, submitting the application, coordinating the works, and issuing the certification SEAI needs before the grant is paid out.
Who this is for
Homeowners upgrading a single property
We assess which grants your home is eligible for, sequence the works so each one qualifies, and handle the pre- and post-works BER assessments the scheme requires.
Deep retrofit and one-stop-shop projects
Whole-house upgrades carry the largest grants and the strictest quality assurance. We manage the technical certification through each stage so the project passes inspection first time.
Landlords and property portfolios
Where several units are being upgraded together, we coordinate assessments and applications across the portfolio rather than treating each property as a separate project.

Frequently asked questions
What SEAI grants can I apply for?
Grants are available for attic and wall insulation, heat pumps, solar PV, heating controls and full home energy upgrades. Which ones apply depends on the age of the property and the works being carried out — we confirm this in the eligibility assessment before anything is submitted.
How much can I claim?
Grant values vary by measure. Combined across a full home energy upgrade, support can reach up to €25,000 depending on the property and the works completed.
How long does the grant process take?
From eligibility assessment to final certification, a typical project runs four to eight weeks. Larger deep retrofit projects take longer, as they involve more stages of inspection.
Do I need a BER assessment for an SEAI grant?
Most schemes require a BER assessment before and after the works to evidence the improvement. We carry out both as part of the service, so there is no need to appoint a separate assessor.
